Thank you to Michael for the outstanding customer service. We were struggling to find a last minute rental due to having to come in town for a funeral. I spoke to other rental agencies and they were not friendly or helpful. Michael was sympathetic to our situation and found us an outstanding rental at a great price last minute. He went above and beyond and was very friendly and far exceeded our expectations as a rental agent. Thank you for everything you are an outstanding agent.
