We rented from the same person two years ago. The house was fine except for the sliding glass doors which were worse than two years ago. If you didn't pull up on the door handle of the one door it could fall down and then the door would be open and able for someone to get in. We like the house, it was very clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was the fact that we didn't get our pet deposit back. Our dog was diagnosed with a fast growing cancer in April and died 7/1. I feel like if you can verify (such as through your vet) a good reason such as ours as to why you are canceling the dog reservation then you should get your pet deposit money back . Our agent was always kind and helpful. She answered all my questions either through e-mail or phone calls.

We were very satisfied with the whole rental process. Our agent always answered our questions in a timely fashion when we e-mailed. Our rental property looked like it did in the pictures we saw online.
