This beautiful 2nd floor (top floor) property is located on the corner of 9th & Wesley Avenue in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. My home's address has a Facebook page. Just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or downtown to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1,800 square feet of living space on the 2nd floor, the entry level recreation area is additional 300+ square feet). Private elevator (for 2nd floor unit only) . handicap friendly with no steps in the unit. This home features two master bedrooms (one King size, one Queen size), another Queen bedroom with balcony, two bedrooms with full over full bunk beds, 2 twin roll out memory sleepers, a twin sized cot, a full size futon sofa in entry level, TV/Foosball table/game room in entry level. Family room 55 flat screen TV with cable, 50 in game room, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. There is a comfortable canopy covered front deck off the living area for enjoyment rain or shine (canopy removed in winter months), additional privacy/sun shade on north side of awning, a deck in the back off the master, and a balcony off bedroom 5. Keyless entry, off street parking for 3 cars, 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
You are a 5 minute walk to the OCNJ 9th street beach and boardwalk. Right next to this beach is the Music Pier that provides restrooms. The downtown district on Asbury Avenue is right behind the condo (a short 1 1/2 block walk) where you'll find shopping for clothing, five and dime shop, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, bakery, city hall visitor center with bathroom facilities, and more.
Additionally, there is wifi provided throughout the unit, lending library of DVDs and games. In order to lighten your travel packing you are welcome to use the provided 10 beach chairs, beach strollers, as well as beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, cooler, high chair, and pack n play.
Pillows and blankets are provided. However, linens for the beds/pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT provided. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the unit. Linen/towel rental can be arranged.
Linen sizes you will need are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 full beds, 1 full futon on ground level, 2 twin sized roll out memory foam sleepers (for additional sleeping choices), and a pack n' play sheet if using.
