Our parents rented thru John at Berger for many years. In fact the house I rented this August was the same one our family enjoyed for many years up until Sandy and then our parents' passing. As usual, Val and the property made our planning and our visit exceptional. One suggestion would be to notify renters of any construction going on, i.e. building house next door. If spending a lot of time in the yard or on the patio, it can get loud (though they should be moving inside soon). The builders were very nice though. We are planning to return next year. Thanks Val.
