The house was nice but we didn't care for the location, next to a MAGA souvenir shop that plays bad music all day, plus it's way too lit up at night, all night long, by giant lights from across the street that blare into the house. We'd want something on a quieter street and a little closer to the beach. beach.

I use berger because as long as i can remember mom and dad used you guys to rent places at the shore and now for me there is no other realtor to use but u guys kind of like family too me need a place to rent who do i see berger realtor they are the ones and only ones to see for a vacation spot in ocean city nj

Our experience with Lauren was great! Always quick to respond and was helpful from start to finish. The one thing I think that would be helpful is a a feedback opportunity for the rental house itself. For instance, there are important items that i think that need to be addressed to the actual owner. Such as, garage door not locking which was a large frustration. Other than things that should be addressed to the owner the experience with Berger was great. P.S. We obsessed over the check in process with the info and bucket and pale! Super cute and easy.

The only thing to make this rental property even better was that the owner took care of the ant infestation. We loved the property but the ants were a problem and we had to spend more money on a few ant traps. This year, the owner took care of it and we had no problems at all, it was great!
