Property was lovely and very clean. Great beach/OC themed decorations. Beach tags a plus!
Minor disappointment, coffee pot was a single serve (Krups) and we had 4 coffee drinkers in family. We had to get one for our stay.

We've been renting in Ocean City for many years (our favorite family beach). 1238A Ocean is by far the best rental we have ever had. The owners have put a lot of care and consideration for renters in their unit. Lots of attention to detail and extras not usually found in rentals. Look forward to every year there for vacation.

Only glitch this year was the replacement of the regular coffee maker with a Kuerig coffee maker. We were unprepared and had no supplies to make coffee. Had we known, we could have brought K cups. Purchased a generic coffee pod, but it didn't fit. No instruction booklet on how to work it. Sorry, we are old style coffee drinkers.

Sent my lease with deposit yesterday for next year, same property. Can't say enough positives for the owner's property. So much attention to detail and all the little things that make this rental a gem. This will be our 3rd year after many other rentals. None can compare.
