We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in great shape, well maintained, and the kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking essentials and more (which we appreciate as we cook many of our meals). The storage area out back was a good size to hold our beach items and the hose and out door shower helped us keep the sand outside where it belongs. It was apparent from the care of the home and the note on the fridge that the owners value their tenants and want them to have a great stay! We loved the accessible features of the home, as they served our disabled family member well and the ramp was a benefit enjoyed by all as we unloaded and loaded the car. The AC stopped working properly while we were there but Berger was quick to reach the owner and the owner was fantastic about getting someone out to look at it and working to make sure we had AC for the rest of our stay! We really appreciated that and if we weren't already going to rent this place again, that definitely sealed the deal!

The property was good fir my physical condition.
The lamps in some of the rooms had burnt out lightbulbs. Bedrooms were very dark with lights on.

The unit on first floor of 1222 Ocean Ave. was clean and comfortable and I really appreciate the roll-in shower for my son who has cerebral palsy.

I have rented this property multiple times because it accomodates a need for a handicapped accessible home. Cindy has always gone above and beyond to answer my many questions in a timely fashion, work with the owner for less than a week rental off season also to just find this gem of a rental in the first place.
