rental over all was clean however, the kitchen was in dire need of a thorough cleaning (appliances and cupboards) and organization . We were there toward the end of the season so that may have accounted for some of the problem.

Who ever cleans before each family could do a better job. Some of the air conditioning vents were so full of lint and cat hair they looked like dryer vents. The hand rail going up to the second floor was filthy. The dishes in the one kitchen closet were labeled washed and unwashed.

This is our second year renting this property. We love the location and enjoy the house. My only complaint this year is the broken refrigerator the day we got there. I was told that it was fixed and the repair man would be back the following week to install an new part. The refrigerator was not fixed and I had to throw out a large portion of food that I bought the day we got there.
