Great stay! The house was perfectly as described with a few exceptions. Clean and comfortable beds. Unmatched location. We had no issue with neighbors, they were very kind to us. For the price, ceiling fans desperately need to be cleaned, trash can was too small, and you can only use the back entrance which was difficult when the neighbor was trying to get her dog in (for a pregnant woman waiting in extreme heat), but if that was our biggest problem, we'll take it! Loved the deck and retractable auning. Would love to come back.

Lower tenant not family friendly.
The house is as described. Beautiful, great location, no complaints as a renter. The issue is the lower tenant. Not suggested if you have young children as the note she left for us upon just moving in stated in scratched writing, "No noise, I will call the police. Have respect!" We spent our vacation on egg shells, constantly trying to keep the kids quiet, not knowing if she was going to show up at the door. Not to mention the hoarding of trash on her front porch and broken down vehicle in the rear drive that aren't in the photos.

Brandon: exceptional
Facility: beautiful
Downstairs Owner: ruined our week! Screamed at as, called us liars, wrote nasty notes to us accusing us that we left the gate open, allowed our dog to go on the side of the property… it’s a shame for anyone renting upstairs.
