Owners clearly care about their property. Comfortable and homey. Plenty of parking space.
Good ocean views. Retractable porch canopy a plus. Additional bathrooms would be a plus. Good air conditioning. Have already put in our rental weeks for next year. Weekly beach tags are so costly compared to annual. It's a shame owners don't consider providing annual beach tags.
I'm certain weekly renters would "pitch in" to cover the costs.

Such a beautiful property! Did come after storm and had hige puddles in drive that had to unpack in..also puddles to beach entrance. Also...was not aware of fox population and a few that scared us..one had mange. We called animal control 2 times...the den is in the dunes behind the house. I would recommend just warning renters prior. Ants were bad in house...but we bought ant spray with good results. Otherwise...it was lovely..well thought out...perfect price..my family was amazed! Thank you for the great memories!

Where I stayed was absolutely beautiful. One really small thing would be a suggestion to leave the air conditioner on for the next tenant. It was very unfortable, especially on the 2nd floor, to bring our things in, setting up, and making beds,
