The property gave our family a lovely week together, three generations, the view of the boardwalk and the ocean, the sound of the waves!

The unit was not real clean. The master bath rug was covered in sand and grass and dirt. The kitchen had some spots that needed scrubbing.
Towel rack in powder room was broken. Some lights were out. The couch on the porch had a cushion missing. There were no beach chairs.
Overall, the house was a good location and the bedrooms were nice.

The location and layout of the home is excellent! However the property is not being maintained; broken towel racks, missing mattress covers, shower did not work properly, etc. Needs a little TLC.

Our rental property was beautiful, the view of the boardwalk and the ocean was very relaxing. The condo was clean and charming in decor. There was lots of comfortable seating and room for a toddler to roam around safely.

The furniture on the porch needs to be updated.
Chairs, particularly two of the high metal ones, had frames that were coming part, and not suitable for comfy seating. Kitchen well furnished, although could use a few more glasses (both water and wine)..

We've had this house 3 years in row (2nd and 1st floor). Very surprised at the price point we are renting at some of the details missed. Master bed mattress is in very poor condition last 2 years, towel rack missing (last 2 years) and toilet paper holder not in wall in master. This year no kitchen towels or potholders to be found. We love the location and house, but do maintain expectations for the price paid. Will add that it was noticeably cleaner this year than last which we really appreciate!
