2023 summer Vacation
We stayed for a week the beginning of june 2023. The house was currently being updated when we were staying. Our floor,the first floor had new floors, carpeting, and paint. Mike was our agent during our stay and was very accommodating. The beech was 2 min walk away from the house. It was easy to go to and from the house and beech if you needed something especially with 4 young kids. We would certainly stay here again.

Graham was very efficient. He answered my e-mail questions about the rental promptly. He even leaned us his Keurig coffee machine for the week we stayed there. I highly recommended him to our adult grandchildren who will be renting next year.

We had an amazing time and would like to rent the same property next year. We are not sure of dates yet and will be in touch. Berger made the process so easy and Troy Eggie was both helpful and informative, also making the rental process a breeze.
The only disappointment was we had an issue with ants. Berger was great in their response; however I was disappointed when the homeowner suggested I buy bug spray and leave the receipt for reimbursement. On vacation, these are the kinds of things you do not want to think about and it was clear when we looked under the sink and around the house and saw more bug spray and ant traps. This was clearly an issue in which the homeowner should have contacted an exterminator.

5301 Asbury was not as modern and pretty as many other locations we've stayed at in the past. However, the price was right for the size and location of this apartment.
