The house was fantastic. It was me and my wife two daughters, their spouses and my 4 grandchildren and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk room! The property amenities and condition were perfect. There were a lot of light switches and remotes for everything. That took a few days to figure out. Great location on the beach! Could not have asked for anything more for our family vacation.

This 1st floor southend Beachfront beauty is new to the rental market in 2024 and ready for your family. Directly across from the beach access path, the large, covered deck has a dining table as well as additional seating to enjoy those fresh ocean breezes. Step into the large open living area with plenty of seating choices or gather with the family at the large dining table (extra leaf in closet) while you make memories to last a lifetime. The large primary bedroom has access to 2nd deck (street side) which is wider than most in town allowing you to relax in chaise lounges as you sip you favorite beverage. Adjacent Queen bedroom is well appointed and shares the hall bath with a twin daybed (air mattress for that BFF) in one room and double bunks in the fourth bedroom. Full cabana bathroom on the garage level accommodates beach needs as well as acting as a third full bathroom when needed.
