The rental was perfect as usual. The place is always very clean/neat and can tell owners take very good care if it! We have rented this for several summers now & will continue to do so in future.

House was very nice and it was apparent the owners cared about their property. However we were very surprised to be "threatened" with a cleaning fee if house was not left to their standards. Been renting for 35 years & never asked to clean to that extent but have always left my rentals in excellent shape. Also beds were terrible - everyone woke in pain. Rest of rental was wonderful.

Overall a wonderful experience....OC has always been my favorite family vacation destination going back to the 1950's!!!!
Owners of rental property are the best...and once again Marianne has outdone herself in keeping us up to speed leading up to, during and after our stay.
