There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the house. I left a message with Berger the day after we arrived. Kitchen & bathroom floors were not swept (crumbs, sand & hair)

Did indicate desire to rent same week for 2016. We have rented this united since 2008. Only issue is the number of beach tags has dwindled from 8 to 5.
This has resulted in us paying $30 for three additional weekly beach tags. Unit is in very good condition!

We like 1004 Central.
If your survey is looking for suggestions perhaps a sofa bed in LR at some point, and some sort of sun block for front porch (awnings or shades.)
